After growing up in Northern Virginia, Victoria studied at Northern Virginia Community College, where she earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with several law firms focused on insurance defense.

Victoria currently lives in Northern Virginia with her son. In her free time, she enjoys movies, music, and traveling.
